help what’s happening

so my period is usually pretty regular, and it’s supposed to start in just over a week. but a couple days ago i started getting brown stuff in my discharge, old blood right? i thought that was pretty weird since i’m so far into my cycle, but i dismissed it. however, i’ve started bleeding a mixture of brown and red yesterday and today. i don’t think it’s my period though? just because my periods are usually realllllyy bad, cramps, vomiting, constipation and diarrhea, nausea, and back pain to the point where i usually have to leave school. but for this i only have minor cramps, nausea and back pain, but it’s easily ignorable and i don’t need any pain meds. i have been stressed recently, but would that cause random bleeding, not just a crazy early period without my usual symptoms? why is some of the blood brown? what the fuck is this?
