Makeup or no makeup?

Would it be better to wear makeup to a job interview or none at all?

Minimal. Not a full face but some mascara and eye liner. Just to give yourself a pop but not to be over the top

Just a little bit. Go for a natural look. Maybe some mascara, some lip gloss/chap stick or a natural color lipstick. Very little blush and some concealer to cover up dark circles under your eyes, scars or zits (if you have any)

I think make up is a good idea (for me), it makes you look a bit more put together, and that you made an effort to look nice.
