Birthing tip for FTMs
If you plan on a vaginal birth please do not push flat on your back, make sure your hospital bed is up doesn’t have to be all the way up but man it makes all the difference, of course some ppl may prefer different but I mean it’s 100x more hard trying to push against gravity.💕🙂
