How to prevent stretch marks?

Can you ladies give me any advice on preventing stretch marks on my belly?? I’m already seeing a few and I’m so depressed about it lol I assumed I’d get lucky and not have this issue but I assumed wrong.

😂 oh hun I wish I could tell you some magic lotion. I did it all, water 24/7  vitamin E lotions, cocoa butters, coconut oil.  Made it to 38 weeks without a mark. Literally rolled out of bed at 39 weeks to millions of DEEP purple, painful, itchy stretch marks  all over my belly and hips.  Its luck of the draw. .
My sister got one lonely little Mark after 2 babies!  I'm a road map after 1.

U cant prevent them it all depends on the elasticity of your skin.

my doctor said sometimes genetics plays part into it, if your mom got them then chances are you will get them, if they didn’t well you have a chance you won’t, but don’t scratch when it itches, & palmers stretch marks cream is really good, rub it in the areas that’ll stretch out day and night, every day (:

Unfortunately there isn’t any prevention. It tends to be genetic based on your skin elasticity. 
Keep your water up and use any moisturiser often. 
They will fade and are so worth it to get your little one. When you’re a busy mum you won’t even care about them anymore 😊

You can’t really prevent them but you can minimize them by staying hydrated both inside and out.  Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and using a good lotion with vitamin e.
