Abdominal pain while walking

So last two days when I walk my upper abdomen kills me! Like it hurts so bad. Tonight I have side and back pain. Are these growing pains or over exertion? Hoping to get in tomorrow for an ultrasound. Praying I just need a support band. 25 weeks almost 26
