I'm 15 weeks with a herniated disc. We went on vacation and I had to cut the trip short bc I couldn't walk anymore. My boyfriend has to help me up and I can only get around with a cane. This pain is excruciating! It's right at the herniation (L5-S1) but also in my left butt cheek and radiating as far as my ankle on my left leg. I already have cauda equina syndrome and nerve damage in my right leg, but it hasn't been affected so far. I tried some prenatal exercises meant for if you have a herniated disc and I can't even do one. Shower helps but within minutes, I'm back to screaming in pain with every movement I make. I feel so defeated and helpless. 😭
