HOW DID YOU SURVIVE LEAP 4??

EBF. I’m  feeding every 2 hours in daytime to make sure he’s getting enough calories and then he’s waking up every 3 hours overnight or sometimes he’s just having a sleep regression night so no sleep at all! Making day naps less stimulating and using white noise to shut out distractions. This article really helped me:

It’s rough, I’m just trying to take it one day at a time. 
She wants to be held all the time and nurse like 4X more and I’m just trying to meet her needs as best I can. 
It means I can’t get anything else done, and that’s okay 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
I just wish she hadn’t hit sleep regression at the same time!

I was literally just googling how to survive this 😂 it’s rough and I have no idea! 
At this point I’m just trying to go with the flow with what my baby needs which is way more snuggles and nursing and I’m hoping it’ll pass soon.
