My temperature seem to be quite low, no? I’ve seen other charts where they reach the 37 degrees in a constant increase in temperature.

Looks fine hun! Charts dont look "promising" until AF is late or 16-18 days of sustained high temps. Keep going, all the baby dust!!! 🤞💜

Your temps look good. Mine have only ever hit 37 a couple times in 2.5 years of charting and those were just single temps. Mine typically range between 36.5 and 36.9 after o. No issues with progesterone or thyroid hormones. I rarely see charts go above 37 unless the person is temping vaginally.
