Very early pregnancy symptoms?

I miscarried my first pregnancy at 11 weeks in March this year. About a week before my missed period I couldn't sleep for a few nights, which isn't like me at all. I had diarrhea daily, acid reflux and foods I usually loved tasted weird. I just felt different. One night when I couldn't sleep I took a test and it was a firm positive. The next 10 weeks were great, I was tired and had sore boobs, but sicky feeling went. Then sadly we lost the baby.

We have been trying ever since with no luck. However, since the weekend I have been feeling the same as before and have had a rumbling sensation in my lower tummy. It's another week until my period is due. I took a test yesterday, but it was a clear negative. 👎

What advice do you have for me and what very early pregnancy symptoms have you experienced?
