Pimple on vag

So i get embarrassed by these but during the summer time i sweat a lot more down there and especially in the summer time i will sweat a lot.

I get a small pimple occasionally on my vagina the lip part and it will be there for a few days then go away and i can tell when it’s there but it doesn’t hurt but it can be annoying.

I think they are cyst? They usually occur when i shave or wax down there (so it could be irritation to the hair follicle) or from sweating a lot.

Do other ppl get this?
