Daughter crying of pain

Hi ladies ! So the past 3 nights my daughters been crying for an hour saying her feet hurt , I want to think it’s growing pains , but I’m not sure. She’s 4 years old & im the mom that usually runs to the doctors for every reason ! There’s recently been a hands foot mouth disease outbreak in our family , but ever since I found out ,I’ve had her home & avoided anyone in contact with the contagious ones, just wondering if this could be growing pains. Can anyone relate ?
