Sonographer here. How far along are you and is this the only ultrasound you've had? Forget twins, I cant even tell where the first baby is or make out the borders of your uterus based on this image lol. I definitely don't see anything suggestive of twins though, what you have an arrow pointing to appears to be located outside of the uterus and doesn't resemble a sac.

Hey girl, I was inclined to say one but when I saw the other picture I understood why you'd like to know for sure. O recommend going to another place with a newer ultrasound machine.

I don’t even see one baby. I’d be looking around for a new doctor if you’re 100% pregnant but can’t even see a baby. This was at 8 weeks, you should be able to see something at 10!

Did you ask your doctor if there are two during any of your ultrasounds?

I would say bladder, other things you can see would be the cervix or the ovaries. Just depends on the angles and the quality of the machine. 
Personally I would say only 1.
Also your doctor should have told you if he saw twins. It would be pretty obvious.

I don’t see a sac at all. I mean I see a circle shaped lighter white color but a sac is usually black in ultrasound with a little white shaped baby inside
