I listen to nature documentaries. David Attenborough's voice is very soothing and calming to fall asleep to. 😂 He narrates the blue planets, planet Earth, life, and a number of other documentaries on Netflix. I have anxiety and so listening to the show really relaxes me enough to sleep for some reason.
