Don't know what's wrong.

I've had sex with my boyfriend a couple times and the last two times we didn't use a condom. Since yesterday I've been getting uncomfortable pain in my my vagina but it feel like it's more on my clit. I feel like I have to pee when I don't even have to go. This morning I'm Bleeding, I'm wondering if it's something he could have done or that I don't wear underwear and I didn't have time yesterday so I just threw on my yoga pants that i have worn now 4 times. Any ideas? I'm also 15 days until my next period
