So when I was pregnant I had pregnancy Medicaid. It covered anything pregnancy related. After I had my son I got a letter saying we qualified for reduced medical insurance through blue cross of (my state). We called to set it up and they said since we qualified it was automatic switch. I got my packet in the mail, set up my plan and paid my premium. It was to go into effect today. I had a chiropractor appointment set up for Monday because my back has been beyond messed up.( Ive been couch ridden and not able to stand up straight)

Luckily the past couple of days have been better.

Anyways I get a call from my chiropractor today saying they couldnt verify my insurance and to give them a call. Many calls later, turns out DHS canceled it yesterday and they want me to refile with them (DHS).

Wth.

Why was i approved and all that this month and PAID then they cancel and suddenly need me to reapply.
