22 weeks amniotic fluid is low ? advice

So had ultrasound yesterday and was told my amniotic fluid is low...They called my doctor,and he sending me to a specialist? ..I read up on this little , but has anybody had any experience with this ? Or know the outcomes ? Anything I can do to help? I'm so worried ! Does anybody know what the specialist will do? ...3 yrs ago I had a still born birth at 37 weeks .so this has really put me at very worrysome state😞 if anybody can give me any feedback that would be great .thanks so much.
