Looks like your last 2 cycles were short. Wouldn’t say you’re irregular since you get a period every month. Having a short cycle can make it harder to conceive.
With a 21 day cycle that would put ovulation around CD 7 which is very early and doesn’t give the egg much time to mature. Or you could ovulate later and have a mature egg but your luteal phase is too short and the egg doesn’t have enough time to implant.
If I were you, I would personally go see my OBGYN and discuss things.

How long have you been trying? It can take a healthy couple with no issues a year or longer to conceive. Try opks so you can pinpoint ovulation. And track bbt also because a positive opk doesn't guarantee ovulation.
