Had to get anusol with cortisteriod in it because prep h was doing jack. 😑

Try taking a stool softener everyday.  Also, use the tucks pads or prep h wipes. You can also try that dermoplast spray. You'll want it for after delivery also.

Witch hazel pads were my saving grace!

Sitz baths, waiting until the last possible minute to have a bowel movement to help prevent pushing as much as possible, tucks pads.
Those all helped but mine never went away until after birth. Got them again this pregnancy starting end of second tri. So fun.
