Any ladies have luck taking low dose bc pills to regulate period then got pregnant ???

I did when i was trying to get pregnant with my daughter. I was on birth control for 7 months then messed it up because i had my wisdom teeth out.....didnt know antibiotics mess with it but they do. So i stopped taking them tried for 4 months and nothing. First month of letrozole and bam!
