Kidney cyst in unborn baby

I was told my unborn son has cysts in his kidneys, and I'm just wondering if it's cause for concern. I was 26 weeks when the scan was done and I'm just now finding out at 32. Everything else is healthy with my baby, I just am now scared he will have major problems.
