Double stroller for newborn & toddler

Hi I have a 15 month old ( still not walking ) and I will be due very soon . I’m looking for a double stroller that’s not so heavy or bulky where it’s hard to maneuver. Also if it has a basket where I can put my diaper bag . I would also like to be able to put the baby carrier car seat , i have a graco car seat .I have been looking and it’s so hard ! I would like your suggestions / experience with a double stroller . Also not too pricey , I’ve seen $600 and I’m not Interested in spending a lot of money . Thank you in advance!

Also I did post in baby/toddler question because I would like to get answers on how to manage 2 kids in a stroller I’ve never used one before .
