So I was planning on to do the blood test but can you do it of your having twins? Or do you have to wait till the ultrasound

You need to tell your doctor it must be the panorama test in order to get accurate gender for both babies individually. The panorama detects each babies dna individually and gives you the sex of both.

How far along do you have to be to do this?

Answer

It can tell you if there are two girls or at least one boy. But if you get a boy result you have to wait to find out for the other baby.
