Spotting 2 weeks after miscarriage?

So I stopped bleeding from an early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy a couple weeks ago. We got frisky the day I stopped bleeding. It’s now 2 weeks later, and today I had some light red spotting when I wiped. My doctor actually just called me today to have me go back in and do a beta hcg to confirm my levels were going back down, so I should have results tomorrow.

Could I have ovulated right after I finished my miscarriage bleeding?! I’m going nuts thinking this could be implantation bleeding. Ahhh!
