Implantation bleeding??

Weird thing today. I wiped an there was the smallest amount of pinkinsh blood. Like it was barely any but still there. My period is very abnormal an it’s hard to track ovulation. I’ve had 2 miscarriages, the doctor started me on blood thinners since she found a clotting disorder. Clomid is starting Thursday. I got off my period on the 25th. I’ve had sex everyday since then. I’ve had these really weird stomach pinches at the lower part of my stomach and the worse headaches an boob tenderness😩😩 I’ve also had a WEIRD craving for seafood🙄🙄 I’m estimated to ovulate in 6 days according to the app but again my cycle is legit alllll over the place. I’m so confused on what it could be.
