Taking the pill on time

I know taking the pill at the same time every day is huge but I’ve been really bad at it this month being that I’ve been on vacation and the time zone was an hour ahead and I’ve just been forgetting to take it. I’m on the combination pill so I know that it has a little more room for error I heard there’s a 12 hr grace period? Basically my normal time to take it is at 5pm and this pack for the first two weeks I’ve taken it at varying times between 5pm and midnight, every day a different time with some consistency but then a very late one here and there. Basically I’m wondering how much of a risk does that put me at? I use condoms regardless I’m just paranoid. I greatly appreciate any thoughts, thank you (:
