Poop changes

My daughter is 8 weeks old and gets about 80% breastmilk, 20% formula on any given day. I had a milk blister the past few days that I've noticed bleeds some when she nurses. Since this, her stools have changed, they sometimes look green and sometimes has dark streaks in them (see picture). Should I be concerned or stop breast feeding her from the side with the blister? She's never had any poop issues up until these past few days. :(
