I'm always so self conscious on my period. Like I dont want to bleed through by accident. And like I always feel like ppl can smell the blood. Idk I always keep clean and I keep everything wash and change when I can.

I tend to use one spray of perfume OVER MY CLOTHES does there to help me feel less self conscious if that helps? Or putting on a nice lotion all over your body can help hide the smell too

I think that’s pretty normal to feel that way haha maybe wearing tampons would minimize your self consciousness.. but as long as you are changing your pads regularly and showing daily, you are probably just fine! I always stick to dark pants during my time of the month because I am so paranoid about leaking no matter what feminine products I use 😬 gotta love being a female 😅🤪

Try the period undies! Even if you leak through, they'll make sure it is contained!
