Co workers really getting to me😭

Okay so I work nights in a care home, my co workers are my best friends as well! We do everything together! But finding out I’m pregnant again after my miscarriage in April me and my partner said we wouldn’t tell anyone until we know everything’s okay. Well this obviously meant I quit smoking meaning everyone at work is getting suspicious constantly asking me questions. It’s getting to the point they’re trying to make me admit I’m pregnant now! Asking if I want a fag, when I say no they question why won’t I just smoke one. I keep saying because I’ve quit now! They’re trying to make me do difficult things that I’d even struggle with before I was pregnant just so I refuse and so they can be like ‘why because you’re pregnant’ etc. I know they’re only joking about but it’s getting really frustrating now just wish i could have a bit of privacy just until I know the baby is okay. I really wanted to tell them all in a special way as they’re like family but they’re just not letting it go 😞
