Best pain medication?

My period just hit me like a truck, and the Tylenol I’m using just doesn’t seem to do the job. Maybe I’m taking it wrong. What usually works best for you when cramps and headaches are just too much?

I wouldn't ever recommend taking aspirin as a pain medication, but anything else is fine. I like ibuprofen for periods

Ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) is the best for cramps as it’s an anti inflammatory :) you could also rotate Tylenol and ibuprofen if they are really bad.

Advil. Tylenol for some reason doesn't do anything for my headaches or cramps. If I take an extra-strength Advil, the pain will be completely gone in 10-15 minutes.
