Here I am 😱
Well I just turned 30 and have a 15 month old and ever since I can remember I’ve been crazy 🤣 well I am on Zoloft for postpartum depression and anxiety. But I’ve always had anxiety and depression. But anyways I just got diagnosed with PMDD my mom has always mentioned it to me but ya makes sense! I literally blacked out angry last week and started yelling and screaming at my family. Never been like this before. Any tips? Help me please!!!!
