Today was the first day of starting my “GD diet” and glucose checks. Can’t say it went well, the only time my numbers weren’t high was after lunch where I ate way less carbs Then I was recommended to eat. Out of the 45 I think I only had like 20 I ate a salad with some croutons, salmon, dressing and half a banana.

Hoping tomorrow will be a better day. As I’m now getting ready for bed I feel a knot in my throat of hunger. IM ALWAYS HUNGRY!! 😩🥺 even before this diet. Should I go eat something?

I think I’m gonna reach out to another dietician to get better help. Maybe she can give me a better meal plan that may keep me full longer. I swear an hour or less after I eat I’m hungry again.
