Period or ??

Please help! So last Thursday i started what i think and am hoping is my period. Normally my period only last 3-4 days and is very heavy the second day. This time around my period was light and lasted 6 days and ended on a Tuesday. Well Tuesday i was having really bad stomach pains around 5 p.m which felt like gas and then i threw up, the pains went into Wednesday and started at around 3 p.m. and here we are today and my stomach hasn’t been hurting as bad but there is a faint pain there. Does this just sound like a weird period and some gas pain or do you think i need to worry about being pregnant?
