Last month i did my first round of 5 mg of femara for 5 days got an ultrasound and it showed 3 mature follicles. I did the trigger shot and we did the baby dance as instructed. Everything seemed so sure and amazing and we had such high hopes. Today was the day my period showed up and it came. Absoultely zero symptoms of pms coming on. My period is heavier and brighter then normal but my obgyn is having me start another round on saturday. Were disappointed and a bit heart broken. There was the chance of three babies. After 9 miscarriages and trying for 6 years it felt like it was within reach and got snatched away again. Oh well we will try again this cycle.
