Implantation cramps??

I’m 7dpo and feeling some cramps is it even possible to feel cramps this early?

I started feeling implantation cramps a week or two after BFP.
My doctor reassured me that when the embrio implants after ovulation (6-12dpo) it’s impossible to feel it!!! It’s the same feeling you could have from feeling a hair grow! Impossible to detect. At around 5/6 weeks though you have strong implantation cramps.
Cramps after ovulation are random and could mean everything and nothing, but it’s not related to implantation.

It definitely is.  Implantation occurs at 6-12 dpo, the most common being 8-10 dpo. So yes, it's very possible. Baby dust
