Is pushing like pooing? π€¦πΌββοΈπ€·πΌββοΈπ
For those of you who have given birth before I want to ask a slightly TMI question..
With my first I had the epidural, I felt nothing, no sensation to push at all & tried for 6 hours before he was finally delivered through forceps assisted delivery.
Iβm now 33 weeks pregnant & due to be induced at 37 weeks due to medical issues.
However in terrified of not knowing how to push again! I'm going to try & go without the epidural so I'm hoping this will help with the sensation of how to push.
But I remember when in labour I was trying so hard to push from my vagina rather than my bottom. I'm just wondering if I should actually be pushing as though I'm trying to poo? π€¦πΌββοΈπ Although the idea of pooping in labour terrifies me, I'm wondering if that could've been part of the issue in my first Labour!
