B12 - too much while ttc?
Hi guys so basically this is the 3rd month that me and my dh have been ttc. I have been going to physiotherapy because of pain in my arm and today she suggested I take vitamin b12 supplements. I bought them not thinking too much in it. When I got home I discovered that they even contain folic acid so I was like ‘perfect, I’ll just stop my folic acid and start on these’. Problem is that after checking the supplements facts - I think it’a bit too much for a day.
She advised to take 2 tablets every day (morning and night) and each tablet contains 500mcg vitamin b12 and 400mcg folic acid. Do you think this is too much for someone who is ttc considering that I have to take 2 tablets daily? Thank you!!
