Anyone start Letrozole under the following conditions?

Anyone with start Letrozole while:
•260lbs+
•slightly higher blood sugars
•with PCOS? 
My doctor just prescribed 2.5mg. 
Please share your experiences and success stores

Not my experience, letrozole hasn't worked for me yet. but my aunt just found out she's 6 weeks along. Her MD had her on Metformin and 2.5mg of Letrozole. This was her first medicated cycle. She's around 250lbs. I wish you luck!
