No motivation
I've been wanting to lose weight sincey son was born (8 months now) ill get my self in the mind set to start it but when the day comes to do it I don't. I can't be bothered to cook healthy meals (I would have to make something different for my bf as he does a few 12 hours days and 6 hour days so he need quite alot of food to keep him going) I can't exercise for long I can do about 10 minutes of really light exercise before I get really tired and dizzy. I havnt got good health either so that putti g me off doing it. I need some advise I want to lose 3-4 stone. I have depression and anxiety I hate my body
