The woman next door leaves her dog outside from 6am to 10am every day.

Yeah well it barks the entire time. Non. Stop.

It probably makes me an asshole but to be frank it’s driving me absolutely fucking crazy. I don’t know how a normal person could listen to that non stop for hours. No, it’s not neglected. It’s cool in the mornings here. That dog is spoiled and in pristine condition and I guess it’s constant screeching is like music to her ears.

I am awkward. How do I go over there and nicely tell her that her dog is going to drive me batshit.

I have my own dog. I know dogs bark at thin air. If she is barking like that, she comes inside. I know I have neighbors and that it’s inconsiderate to let them just bark until their hearts content. I just want to kindly let her know that letting her dog bark for hours on end is not okay when you have close neighbors especially with small children.
