Nap time?

How many times a day does your little one nap?
How long do they nap for?
How long do they go between sleep?

My LO naps twice a day, at 10:00 and 2:30. (These times are not set in stone, but it's generally within 30 minutes of these times each day.) She'll sleep anywhere from 45-90 minutes. Typically she wakes up around the hour and 15 mark.

Were lucky to get 2 naps. She’s up during the week for our work schedule by 615 to get to the sitter; on wknds she likes to sleep till 7. We try to get her down around 10 and she may sleep a half hour. We try for a 2nd around 2 and she will usually do at least an hour. She religiously is ready for bed at 7.

We’re in a weird place right now with naps. For the last month she took two 30 min naps. For the last 5 days, however, she’s been taking one 2 - 3 hour nap. She has been sleeping longer at night and less during the day, so I have no idea if this is just a phase or if it’s her new normal. Time will tell... 🤣

My son has two 1.5 hour - 2 hour naps a day. He wakes up at 7:30 and has his first nap at 9:30 then second nap at 1:30. Bedtime is 7:30. He really thrives on a schedule so I keep it the same pretty much everyday.
