Pls help

I’m having horrible cramps atm. I’ve been in the toilet for ab an hour I’m so much pain. I’ve already taken ibuprofen but it didn’t work. I also just took a shower in attempt to calm the cramps down. They hurt so much I wanna cry. I can’t even walk rn. What can I do ?
