I have IBS and the bloating and lower back cramps could be signs of that. Your boobs being swollen are probably related to you’re period coming soon. Don’t stress yourself out to much because if you do you could cause your body to go all whacky on you.

I’d say you gotta test, period and pregnancy symptoms are so close together no one can ever confirm if you’re pregnant by sore boobs, bloating, etc.
