Walking, working, will I lose weight?
I started a new part time job where I basically walk like 3-4 miles or so back and forth a day. Before I was working I’d walk like half a mile. (My phone has a pedometer) now I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I was wondering. Will I start losing weight with that? My stepdad used to say that working and moving while at work is totally different than working out, so u don’t lose weight while working even if your moving? Idk if that’s true though, or it was just him ranting.
