Period 2x in a month - irregular period

So my period came it was 7 days and then 3 days later i got another period for 5 days the following month it was regular and only for a week. the following month after i got my period for a week and then 3 days after i started to bleed. my period has been irregular as fuck and i’m starting to get scared . it’s not spotting it’s heavy blood
