TTC for a year now..

I have been TTC for a year now. Done the ovulation tests, body fat is perfect for conceiving, me and my husband have tried having sex every day, every other day, every two days, every three days while ovulating, you name it. Can any of you recommend any OTC drugs that will help me? Since it has only been a year, we have not reached out to fertility clinics in the area, but I do believe we are close. My husband is 30 and I am 27. Anything will help! Thank you!
