Postpartum and working out
12 weeks pp and I just started working out again. Took me a little longer because ever since giving birth, flexing at my knees has become SO painful! I mean, simple things like walking, going up and down the stairs, and bending to pick something up is a huge strain.
Now I’ve decided to try and fight through it because I have a feeling the pain is just related to the extra weight. I’m EBF and really hoped that would help slim me down quicker, but I haven’t been so fortunate. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? I’m starting out light with piyo first.
