These little bumps, got any cures?

Dr said they’re normal and no way to get rid of them but there are so many! Anyone have any solutions to get rid of these little bumps on arms

My son also gets these on his arms, legs and sometimes cheeks. We have a small baby scrub with a soft side and a rough side to exfoliate and that usually does the trick. It’s when we stop using it that they return.

I remember having those growing up as a child, and it was known to be just normal. I recall my mom calling it “chicken skin” but it went away later in life on its own. I never had an allergy, to food or anything else, even when tested by taking certain foods out of my diet. My mom used to have them too, but hers went away with constant exfoliating and sitting in steam rooms. It was only on the upper part of our arms. Sorry, no help, but I wanted to share what I know about it.

I have them and my girl have them. My brother also has them. It's called keratosis Polaris. Exfoliating and using lotion helps, as others said. 
We use gold bond rough and bumpy and if we miss a day or two, they're terrible. 🤷‍♀️ I didnt have them as bad until I had my little girl and she has them on her cheeks, upper arms, and thighs. I have them on my upper arms.

Looks like a good intolerance to me. My kiddos get those when they eat wheat and or dairy.
