Dreaded hemorrhoids

This is embarrassing but I know many of us have dealt with this. I had my kids nearly 9 years ago and had horrible hemorrhoids when they dropped later in the pregnancy. Luckily they all went away except for one little one that sticks out constantly. It doesn’t hurt or bother me except that it will get inflamed occasionally(I’m talking once every year or 2). But I feel unclean with it there and a little self conscious although my boyfriend has never mentioned it and still hangs out back there. Is there any way to make it go away completely?
