I really dont care about judgement, I did the entire time I breastfed for 13 months. She is fine && was 32 lbs when she was 10 months. If I didnt have that lil stress relief I would have seriously went crazy. I quit during pregnancy obviously but once I was a month post partum I started again, at the most 3 a day. && I was curious if it was passing through to her so i had her blood tested && my breast milk, both had absolutely none in it. I always changed clothes, brushed teeth, && washed hands. You dont know what a mother is going through && its better to find a lil stress relief than go without. Hope this helps 💜
