Mothers tea, does it work?

Does mothers tea work? I pump every 2-3 hours around the clock but still only get 2oz each time. I was going to try mother's tea. Is it definitely safe? Where do you buy it from? I'm from UK and worry about buying this online.

Didn’t seem to work for me. What I did notice tho was that milkymama products did tho!

fenugreek is good too, i take the tablets and deffo saw an increase in milk (i have low supply though so i’m maybe not the best person to go by!)

I drink it and I feel like it works for me. Before I drank it I only pumped 20-25 ml and now I can get an ounce and a half.

I’ve never heard of it before but if you don’t want to order online, Holland and Barrett might have it or possibly boots or superdrug 🤔
